Isotoma petraea (Rock Isotome)

A small, herbaceous plant occurring in arid regions of Australia. It has single, lilac or, rarely, white flowers, on smooth, slender branches from February to November. Bears a resemblence to Showy Isotome (Isotoma axillaris), however leaves are broader and have shorter teeth along their margins.
