The locally native species most likely to occur in that area is Casuarina pauper, but to me the photos don't look right for it. It's possible a species from elsewhere in NSW planted in the general old homestead area.

Looks like either Gehyra versicolor or G. variegata, which are not diagnosable on morphological features.
